Der Braumeister Restaurant

Founded in 1983, Der Braumeister (German for “Brewmaster”) is one of the West side’s best family-owned restaurants, serving brunch, happy hour, dinner, and custom catering. Der Brau is independently owned and operated by third-generation female owners. Der Brau is home to one of Cleveland’s best beer lists that is extensive and often exclusive. Our German cuisine is modern, traditional, and locally sourced when possible and in season. With recent renovations of the building’s interior and exterior, the nearly 100-year-old building includes a 50 person private dining space with a private entrance and ADA restroom. The restaurant boasts many traditions beloved by the community, such as their 12 Beers of Christmas, Beer of the Month Club, exclusive beer pairing dinners, and custom catering menus.
